Q: Do I need to register an account with Webmastress.com in order to access your free downloads?

A: No, registration is not required to access our free downloads. You may browse around and download our freebies without ever having to log in.


Q: Do I need to have any special software installed in my computer before I can download your free graphics and images?

A: No, we don't require any special software to download our royalty free photos and free graphics. If the images show up on your screen, then there shouldn't be any problem. Otherwise, you may need to make some changes with your internet/computer settings. Most likely, though, if everything is normal with your computer, you shouldn't run into any problems.


Q: Do you take special photography requests? Can I request a photo and buy it without it ever being uploaded to Webmastress?

A: Yes, we do accept photography requests. No, the requested photos you purchase directly from us will never be uploaded to our website. They are yours exclusively. For photo requests, please contact us.


Q: Can I submit photos of my own to Webmastress.com?

A: We currently only accept photos by our team of hired photographers. This is due to the fact that it would be too risky for us as a company to accept user submitted photos, because if someone submitted a photo that was not their own, things could get legally complicated for us. So, it's nothing personal! We just like to stick with our own staff of photographers' photos.


Q: How much do you charge for an individual or web design/graphic design company to flat out buy your photography?

A: Our prices vary depending on the photo. For example, if it's a photograph that is more rare, the price may be slightly higher.


Q: Is Webmastress.com affiliated with any other companies?

A: At the moment, no. We're out here in cyberspace alone. ;)


Q: Do you hire freelance web designers, graphic designers, or photographers?

A: Sometimes we do. It depends on the person's skill, creativity, and artistic ability. If you are interested in working for Webmastress.com, please inquire.


Q: How often are your free graphics, free photos, etc. updated?

A: We update our website frequently. There aren't really any particular times or days that you can expect to see an update. We understand the importance of keeping the website up to date with a fresh supply of downloads (so that our visitors don't get bored with the website), so check back often to see what's been added!


Q: How do I save your freebies to my computer?

A: Click on the thumbnail of the image/graphic you'd like to download. Then, right-click on the image/graphic and "save as". You can either leave the file name the same, or give it a new name. Just save it to the directory or folder of your choice, and from there you should be able to view it from your own computer, without needing to be at Webmastress.com.

A: Yes, they are.


Q: How much do you charge for a complete, custom website?

A: We always aim to keep our prices low, however, our prices do vary. We also must factor in the duration of the project. We cannot give any exact estimates, but if you would like for us to design for you a complete, custom website, then feel free to contact us with your request.
