On this website you will find a growing variety of our photography, which we offer free to download, as well as free comment tags with codes, desktop wallpaper, web page backgrounds (which can be used on various online profiles), and more. We also offer professional website and graphic design services for small business owners, at very affordable prices.


The Name "Webmastress"
Though the technical computer term for a female web designer has always been Webmistress, we feel that the term Webmastress has much more class and, when compared to the masculine term Webmaster, it is simply more appropriate. Many female web designers have chosen to refer to themselves as "Webmis", abbreviating the technical term due to it's lack of taste, while there are also many other female web designers who refer to themselves as "Webmastress", hence the birth of this website. ^_^


Purchasing Our Photos
The photos that are found on this website under our Photography section are free of charge for internet users to download and use for both personal and commercial purposes. If you are interested in purchasing any of our photos (which includes all rights to the photo(s) from then on and the removal of the purchased photo(s) from this website), please contact us.


No link back required?
All of the graphics and comment tags, desktop wallpaper, and every other download on this website (including the use of our photography) do not require a link back to Webmastress.com. You may use them as you please, with the exception that you do not take them and put them on any other website that offers free comment tags, graphics, or photography, and as long as you don't try to sell them as is.


Legality issues regarding graphics found on the internet
We feel that it is of high importance to make mention of a few legalities regarding the use of free graphic and image download websites that are found online. It's become common for website owners who offer free graphic downloads to scan, copy, and/or edit others' graphics, even commercialized copyrighted images and designs. It seems that there are many web designers and graphic designers who scan candy wrappers, company logos, and other graphics found in a wide variety of places offline, and turn them into 'free glitters', 'free comment tags', etc. This is illegal. Some do this ignorantly, and there are others who do it because they don't realize how serious of an issue this is. Companies who design professional logos and commercialized images should be respected, and their work should not be used without their permission.
